Action of active substances
"Vitamin energy" – a balanced complex of 13 vitamins and 16 microelements. It contains vitamin B12, beta carotene and iron amount more than recommended daily intake.
Vitamins are low molecular weight organic compounds that are essential for growth, function and development of organism and different tissues. They catalyze the metabolism and participate in biochemical reactions in tissues and organs. Vitamins and microelements strengthen immunity to diseases, provide energy and buoyancy, help to ensure good health, decrease stress level. They are suitable for consumption when the requirement of vitamins and mineral substances is increased, nutrition is improper, on physical exertion, while training or recovering from diseases. First signs of vitamins insufficiency usually are nonspecific: general malaise, fatigue, lack of appetite, decreased organism immunity and working capacity of the person. These initial symptoms are characteristic for anemia as well. Vitamins, microelements, higher iron and vitamin B12 doses are very suitable in such cases. Iron is essential for many organism functions, of which most important is to carry the oxygen from lungs to other organs and systems. Iron is a component of many enzymes and other proteins and participates in the synthesis of DNA and cholesterin. Iron deficiency causes iron deficiency anemia, fatigue, loss of power, decreases immunity to diseases. Vitamin B12 and folic acid are essential for erythrocytes production. Substances with antioxidative properties slow processes of ageing and progression of arteriosclerosis.
Beta carotene has potent antioxidative properties. It is one of the 600 carotenoids that can be found in red, yellow and orange vegetables and fruits. Beta carotene protects cells from adverse reactions of the free radicals, helps to maintain healthy skin, increases organism immunity to diseases, prevents malignant and heart diseases, improves vision.
