Ginseng was first found in China 5000 years ago. It was originally used for nutrition purposes and soon it proved to have antistress and adaptogenic qualities, to improve working abilities and reduce fatigue. Ginseng is referred to as rejuvenating and strength restoring plant. Folk medicine uses ginseng root. Natural Royal jelly contains 65 percent of water and 35 percent of other substances such as 9-19 percent of proteins, 9-18 percent of carbohydrates, 4-6.5 percent of fats including 16 fatty acids. Royal jelly contains almost a full range of vitamins B as well as vitamins C, A, D, PP, E, panthotenic acid and folic acid. Vitamin B5 (panthotenic acid), as a very important substance, contents is the greatest in Royal jelly. Royall jelly also contains iron, magnesium, zinc, cobalt, sulphur. Thanks to a great amount of hormones and acetylcholine in Royal jelly, it has bacteriostatic and bactericidic properties. Decenic acid contained in Royal jelly should also be mentioned for its abilities to stop tumour growths.
